Michigan Avenue Tower I

This contemporary 29 story residential high-rise is located at 1250 S. Michigan Avenue in Chicago’s flourishing South Loop neighborhood a few blocks from the Field Museum.  Russland Capital Group conceived the project in 2001 and in 2004 the condominium residents started to move in.  It was one of the first large-scale luxury South Loop development on South Michigan Avenue.  Designed by talented and visionary architects of Pappageorge Haymes, the building stands out in its 1920's Art Deco revival style with sleek vertical lines and bold geometric motives.  The Tower has all the amenities one needs to live in comfort and style including a well-equipped fitness center and a large outdoor recreation area with a swimming pool, fully landscaped botanic gardens, picnic area, and walking path.  Other amenities include 24-hour security staff, heated indoor parking, party room, bicycle storage, and a dog run, of course.
